Welcome to RGS
A school rooted in its community
RGS High School was founded to bring quality education within reach of children in and around Churchu.
Every school day begins together on the assembly ground and continues in classrooms, a science laboratory, a library and a computer lab. Students take part in sport, art, celebrations and community programmes, while a dedicated team of teachers knows each child by name.

Each day starts with the whole school assembled in neat lines on the ground, from the youngest Nursery pupils to senior students, with teachers guiding every row.
Educational approach
Every learner has a story to write
Good teaching meets children where they are. Our teachers combine explanation and practice with discussion, reading, experiments and digital skills, so that students learn to think, not only to memorise.
In the senior classes, the school offers pathways across science, commerce and humanities, supported by English and Hindi throughout.

The vision of Chandradev Sharma
RGS High School was founded by Chandradev Sharma, who built a career in business in Singapore and chose to invest in the place he came from. His belief was that children in Churchu deserve the same quality of education available in any city.
