Choosing a school is one of the most important decisions a family makes. We want you to have all the information you need.
RGS welcomes children from Nursery to Class XII. The easiest way to begin is to call or email the school office. We will explain seat availability, the admission procedure and fees for the current session, and invite you to visit.

The office confirms seats, age criteria and the subjects available for that class.
Visit the campus
See classrooms, the lab, library and grounds, and meet the school team.
Interaction or assessment
Depending on the class, the school may hold a short interaction or entrance assessment.
Submit documents
Complete the admission form, submit documents and pay the applicable fees.

Receive uniform, book list and timetable details, and join on the first day.

Documents commonly required
The school office will confirm the final list. Families are usually asked for:
- Birth certificate of the child
- Recent passport-size photographs
- Aadhaar card of the child and parent or guardian
- Previous school report card (Class I and above)
- Transfer certificate from the previous school (Class II and above)
- Caste or residence certificate, where applicable
What to expect
School essentials
- Uniform: light blue shirt with navy trousers or pinafore, school tie and ID card
- House T-shirt in red, yellow, green or blue for sport and activity days
- Textbooks and notebooks as per the class book list
- Daily morning assembly on the school ground

Yes, families are welcome. Please call ahead so a staff member can show you around.
